At Ruvimo, all tutoring fees are generally non-refundable. Once you book and pay for a session, the time is reserved exclusively for you, and no refunds will be issued.

You may request to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a session without additional charge. We will convert your prepaid session into a credit on your account, valid for one year. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session incur a $15 late-change fee, deducted from your account credit or charged to your payment method. No-shows are treated as completed sessions; no credit or refund applies.

The only exception to our no-refund policy is if Ruvimo is unable to provide your scheduled tutor due to a verified technical issue on our platform. In such cases, we will automatically credit the full session value back to your account. The timeline for any refunds once approved will be 10 working days.
