How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same day, and always within one business day. If it is about a session happening today, say so in the subject line and we will move it to the front.
I want to change or cancel a session
Email support@ruvimo.com with the date and time. Tell us at least 6 hours before the session and it stays yours to reschedule. The full terms are on the cancellation policy page.
I want a different tutor for my child
Email support@ruvimo.com and tell us what did not work. There is no charge to change tutors, and no limit on how often you can.
Do you tutor outside the United States?
Our tutors teach US curricula and our scheduling is built around US time zones. If you are elsewhere and the times work for you, email support@ruvimo.com and we will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.
