About Johanan

I teach beginner and intermediate singers who want to improve their pop vocals and become more confident in their singing. My lessons focus on practical skills such as pitch, tone, breathing, vocal control, and expression. I also enjoy helping students learn songs they genuinely like, because singing becomes more enjoyable when students can connect with the music. I adjust my approach based on each student’s voice, experience, and goals, while keeping lessons structured, supportive, and encouraging. My goal is to help students understand their voice, develop good singing habits, and feel more comfortable expressing themselves through music.

Why Johanan tutors

I enjoy tutoring because music has always been an important part of my life, and I know how rewarding it can feel when you finally improve something you have been struggling with. I want to give students that same feeling of progress. Singing is not only about having a naturally strong voice; it is also about understanding your instrument, practicing the right techniques, and becoming comfortable expressing yourself. I enjoy helping students discover what their voice can do and watching their confidence grow as they improve.

Outside tutoring

Outside tutoring, I love anything related to music and performing. I enjoy singing, playing instruments, and discovering new songs and artists. I also love movies, traveling, learning about different cultures, and spending time with animals. I'm a naturally curious and creative person, so I enjoy exploring new interests and experiences. Music has always been a big part of my life, and I love being able to share that passion with other people.
