About Rajarshee

Learning English, History, and Geography shouldn't feel like listening to a robot read from a dusty textbook. As a teacher for Grades 6 to 12, I focus on real understanding instead of boring memorization. Whether we are untangling messy grammar, navigating world maps, or breaking down past revolutions (Be it American or French), I make complex ideas simple and relatable. I currently mentor 20+ students, with roster averages of 600+ on the SAT and 17+ on the ACT in English.

Join my roster, and we’ll put your academic struggles on the map; right before making them ancient history.

Why Rajarshee tutors

I love teaching because it allows me to dismantle intellectual gatekeeping. The greatest privilege of being a mentor isn't delivering answers, but rather watching my students realize that formidable concepts are not exclusive fortresses, but open architecture waiting to be understood, challenged, and mastered.

A student Rajarshee helped

Witnessing my students grow academically is always fulfilling, but seeing who they become along the way matters far more to me. For me, true mentorship reaches beyond target test scores and letter grades; it is built in the daily, intentional steps we take together toward becoming thoughtful, kind, and grounded individuals. Seeing students build genuine confidence, show empathy to those around them, and reach out later simply to appreciate that personal transformation is easily the most meaningful part of what I do, and that makes me keep going.

Outside tutoring

Outside of teaching you will usually find me playing soccer on the field for fun, analyzing moves over a chessboard, or traveling to different areas of the world to take part in international conferences.
