About Jayalaxmi

Every child has the potential to thrive with the right support. For 25+ years, I have helped students excel in English, Math, and Science by unlocking their unique strengths and fostering a love for learning. My core philosophy is simple: 'Diagnose before prescribe.' Every child's journey is unique, so I start by identifying their current strengths and academic gaps. I use these insights to create a tailored, supportive environment that builds their confidence and elevates them to the next level. To solidify concepts, I implement a continuous learning cycle of Teach, Practice, and Test. After introducing a concept through clear, accessible instruction, I guide the student through deliberate practice to build hands-on mastery. Regular, assessments then allow me to measure retention, reinforce learning, and refine my instruction to ensure complete concept mastery before moving forward.
