Why GRACIA tutors

I worked with a Grade 8 student who had been trying for two years to gain admission to a Singapore government school with the support of a different tutor, but was unsuccessful. When I began tutoring him, I first identified the specific gaps in his Mathematics knowledge and focused on strengthening his conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and examination techniques. I provided targeted lessons, regular practice, and feedback based on his progress, while also helping him build greater confidence and independence in tackling challenging questions.
Through consistent and focused support, the student made significant progress and was ultimately accepted into a Singapore government school. This experience reinforced for me the value of individualized tutoring, understanding exactly what a student needs, adapting instruction accordingly, and helping them achieve a goal that once seemed difficult to reach.
