Why Manognya tutors
What I love most about tutoring is seeing the moment when a difficult concept finally becomes clear to a student. A student may begin a lesson thinking, “I can't do this,” and gradually reach the point where they can solve the problem independently and explain their reasoning. That transformation is what motivates me. I enjoy not only teaching the subject, but also helping students develop curiosity, confidence, persistence, and independent thinking. Every student learns differently, and finding the approach that works for them makes tutoring both meaningful and rewarding.

One achievement I am particularly proud of is helping students who initially struggled with Mathematics and Computer Science develop stronger problem-solving skills and confidence. Many students began by relying heavily on memorization or finding multi-step problems difficult to approach. Through structured explanations, step-by-step problem solving, practical examples, and consistent practice, I helped them understand the reasoning behind each concept rather than simply learning the answer. Over time, students became more comfortable tackling unfamiliar problems, explaining their approach clearly, identifying their own mistakes, and working more independently. Seeing a student go from “I don't understand this” to confidently solving and explaining a problem is one of the most rewarding outcomes of my teaching

Outside tutoring, I enjoy technology, programming, learning about new developments in computer science and AI, and exploring ways to make learning more effective through technology. I also enjoy continuous learning and working on personal projects that allow me to apply my problem-solving and technical skills.

For students with dyslexia or reading difficulties, I use clear explanations, visual aids, diagrams, and step-by-step instructions rather than relying heavily on written text. For students with dyscalculia or difficulties with Math, I break problems into smaller steps and use practical examples, visual representations, patterns, and repeated guided practice to strengthen number sense and mathematical reasoning. For students with ADHD or attention difficulties, I keep lessons structured and engaging, break longer tasks into manageable sections, vary activities, and use frequent check-ins to maintain focus without making the student feel overwhelmed.
